In this class we learn about art that was made in the past. My professor, Sara (who dresses super cute), teaches this class as a lecture class. Basically, she puts slides up on the screen for the whole class to see and she lectures about what is going on in the piece, why it was made, and how the piece relates to the specific time period. We take our exams in class, no open book or open notes.
I actually find this class to be interesting. I get into it. I could sit there and listen to Sara lecture about art all day long. After the lectures, I always want to go home, cuddle up in my bed and read my art history book. I love the class. I am kinda jealous about how students from other classes get to take their tests open book and open notes on the internet from home. However, I am glad that I got Sara as my teacher because I know that I am learning stuff. I actually come to class and learn, and I'm able to pass the tests without books or notes because I know the information. And, considering how many years of art history are crammed into one short semester, I think Sara did a damn good job at showing and teaching us the ride variety of information!
Plus there is always extra credit on the exam!

I thought Sara was a good teacher too and on a few of the hard days in class i really fought to stay awake. Also I have to agree that that class will garuntee you to walk out having learned something. Like your drawings on the other post btw.
